I had the chance to study Permaculture Design in Australia which gave me a 360° turn to the way I looked and approached living organisms and the interaction in between them.
In France. I rediscovered Spirulina. where I learned a whole other way to cultivate it. In a way that totally matches my current way of living and doing science: helping people and the planet.
